Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine-induced anesthesia on intraoperative signs and postoperative brain function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 88 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2002 to February 2017 were randomly divided into control group (n=44) and observation group (n=44).The patients in the observation group were given intravenous administration of dexmedetomidine before anesthesia induction. The patients in the control group were given the same amount of normal saline. The levels of HR,SBP,DBP and MAP,adverse reactions and postoperative recovery of brain function were observed at different points between two groups. Results No significant differences were found between the two groups when patients entered the operation room (P>0.05).Before induction, after intubation,at the time of skin incision and at the different points when autonomous respiration recovered, the levels of HR,SBP,DBP and MAP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The level of S100β protein and NSE between two groups before treatment showed no statistical differences (P>0.05),0 h,6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation which were remarkably lower in the observation group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Deemethasone-induced anesthesia can effectively improve the patients' heart rate and blood pressure, maintain the stability of hemodynamic parameters and have a protective effect on brain function, which should be worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
