摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of the Psychological Rehabilitation with Cephalic Acupuncture and Bo's abdominal acupuncture therapy in the treatment of Post-stroke Depression(PSD).Methods 60 cases of Post-stroke Depression were randomly divided into 30 cases of Psychological Rehabilitation group and 30 cases of combined treatment group.Both groups were given Psychological Rehabilitation.The combined treatment group was given Cephalic Acupuncture and Bo's abdominal acupuncture therapy in the meantime.The course of treatment was 8weeks for both groups.Two groups of patients were assessed by reference to the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) before and after the treatment.Results The depressive symptoms in the combined treatment group were obviously better than the ones in the Psychological Rehabilitation group.The differences have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The Psychological Rehabilitation therapy cooperated with Cephalic Acupuncture and Bo's abdominal acupuncture therapy can obviously alleviate or eliminate Post-stroke Depression symptoms.Helps restore nerve function.关键词
