Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation mode and effect of nursing intervention in patients with migraine.Methods A total of 104 cases of migraine in our hospital from April 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into normal group and comprehensive group,and 52 cases in each group.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Among them,the general group carried on the routine nursing intervention.Comprehensive group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction degree of migraine in the two groups,the cognition degree and treatment cooperation degree of patients with migraine disease knowledge,the incidence of migraine before and after nursing,vas score of headache,duration of headache attack,SAS score,SDS score and quality of life-100 score before and after nursing were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the general group (P<0.05).The cognitive and therapeutic cooperation of the patients with migraine were better than that in the general group (P<0.05).Before nursing,two groups of migraine attacks,headache vas score,headache onset lasting time close (P>0.05).The incidence of migraine after nursing,vas score of headache and duration of headache attack were better than those in normal group after nursing (P<0.05).Before nursing,the SAS score,SDS score and QOL-100 score of the two groups were closed (P>0.05);after nursing,SAS score,SDS score and QOL-100 score in comprehensive group were better than those of the common group (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in migraine patients can effectively improve the patients' bad mood,improve the cognitive degree and treatment cooperation of migraine disease knowledge,have a good control effect on migraine attack,and can reduce the migraine degree,and improve the quality of life.关键词
