摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in nursing service for cerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of inpatients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into observation group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases).The observation group received clinical nursing pathway;the control group received conventional nursing methods.Every index before and after the nursing intervention was statistically analyzed.The related indexes such as Barthel index (daily living activity),FMA score (body motor function),medical costs,length of stay,incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the Barthe1 index of the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05);the FMA score was extremely and significantly improved (P<0.01);the incidence of complications,the medical costs and the length of stay were significantly reduced (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the patients was significantly increased.Conclusion The nursing quality for the patients is improved through the use of clinical nursing pathway,and the satisfaction degree of the patients is also increased.关键词
