Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of early swallowing function assessment and nursing intervention in acute cerebral infarction patients with impaired swallowing.Methods A total of 96 acute cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia were enrolled,water swallow test was applied to the enrolled individuals.Results compared to controls,the swallowing function in the experimental group significantly recovered,and the incidence of aspiration decreased but without significance.Conclusion early evaluation of swallowing function and nursing intervention are important for the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction patients with dysphagia.关键词
