Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on health belief model on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty-six patients with cerebral infarction from November 2013 to July 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention;the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on health belief model.Treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and changes of living quality (SF-36) between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The compliance rate was 93.94% (31/33) in the study group,which was higher than 69.70% (23/33) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in mental health,social function,physiological function and affective function between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The all aspects of SF-36 scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention based on healthy belief model can improve cerebral infarction patients' compliance and nursing satisfaction and can improve quality of life as well.关键词
