α-对氨基苯甲酸的固液平衡及热力学性质研究

Abstract
To optimize the crystallization process of α-p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and provide the basic thermodynamic data, the solid-liquid equilibrium (SLE) data of PABA in two binary solvents (water + ethanol, water + methanol) was measured by a dynamic method ranging from 283.15 K to 313.15 K.The results show that the equilibrium solubility of PABA increases with the increase of temperature and organic solvents compositions.There is cosolvency phenomenon at high temperature.The experimental solubility was regressed with different models including the modified RK equation, Apelblat equation, as well as λh equation.All the models gave good agreements with the average standard deviation (ARD%) were 1.664%,2.878%;1.317%,1.245%;1.667%,2.232%, respectively.Based on the solubility data of PABA, the thermodynamic properties of mixing process of PABA with mixed solvents were also discussed by NRTL model.The results indicate that the mixing process of PABA is a spontaneous and exothermic process.关键词
