Construction of Index System for Performance Evaluation of Marine Ecological Civilization
摘要
Abstract
Performance evaluation of marine ecological civilization is an inevitable way for the su-pervision of marine ecological civilization construction.With the implementation of performance e-valuation of marine ecological civilization,a right index system is needed.The basic model for index system is built from the definition of marine ecological civilization.By using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method,index system including 20 indexes for performance evaluation of marine ecological civilization was constructed,from 5 aspects of marine resources,marine envi-ronment,marine economy,marine culture and marine institutions.The index system was based on the principles of selecting indexes,which has provided the basis for performance evaluation of ma-rine ecological civilization.关键词
