海洋生态文明示范区建设指标体系示范应用研究与思考——以广西北海市为例
The Demonstrating Application of Indicator System of Marine Ecological Civilization Demonstration Area:A Case Study of Beihai,Guangxi

Abstract
Marine ecological civilization (MEC)is a kind of mutual promotion and harmonious co-prosperity's virtuous circle of the marine economy development and marine ecological protection. MEC demonstration area is a significant supporter of MEC construction,and takes an important role in promoting economic and social transformation of coastal areas and integration of marine ecological environment (MEM)and coastal economic and social development.Takeing a MEC city-Beihai as an example,the research results of indicator system of MEC demonstration area were applied to the construction evaluation.The advantages and disadvantages of Beihai MEC demonstration area construction were analyzed.The industrial structure optimization,the transfor-mation of economic development,the increasing protection of MEM,and the standardization of marine statistics were proposed,which provided pertinent countermeasures and suggestions for Beihai MEC demonstration area.关键词
