摘要
Abstract
With the economy developing,the development of marine resources in Fujian has been intensified and the fishery cooperatives have been set up for the development of fishery.Based on the research of Guanwu Ocean Development Cooperative,it was found that the internal trust of fishermen professional cooperatives has a significant impact on its operation.Two aspects of inter-personal trust and the system trust were used to explain the impact ways.The conclusion has im-portant practical significance to promote the construction and improvement of the internal trust system of the fishermen cooperatives,which will be beneficial to the management level of the fishermen cooperatives and the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.关键词
