摘要

Abstract

Based on the small deflection bending vibration theory,the general displacement solution and the resonant frequency equation for a piezoelectric ceramic bimorph are derived.Meanwhile,the resonant frequencies of the piezoelectric ceramic bimorph are calculated by finite element method (FEM).A piezoelectric ceramic bimorph is manufactured and its resonant frequencies are measured.It shows that the tested resonant frequencies are almost in good agreement with ones by analytical and FEM methods.It manifests the effectiveness of the presented theory for design of a PCB in this work.
