考虑上客点选择的公交紧急疏散时空路网模型
Time-space network model of emergency transit evacuation with choice of pick-up points
摘要
Abstract
To lead the evacuees to the suitable pick-up points timely after the disaster happens and to optimize the following bus evacuation route,this paper presented a linear mixed integer programming model about the transit evacuation.The new model not only considered the location selection and the related construction cost of the alternative pick-up points,but also depicted in detail the route from the evacuation assembly points to the pick-up points by time-space network.Comparing with the existing researches which usually adopted the nonlinear integer programming model,the linear characteristics of the new model greatly improved the effectiveness and efficiency of solving the model.Through comparing the evacuation plans under different conditions with the specified costs of the pick-up points and the different amount of the assembly points,it demonstrates the validity of the new model.关键词
