摘要
Abstract
Reasonable emergency rescue operation is an important means to reduce the casualty of the emergency.In order to meet the needs of emergency rescue work in China and to ensure that the casualty can get fast and efficient treatment,this paper analyzed the application of "Internet plus medical" and learning effect in the process of operation scheduling, summarized the models of operation scheduling and their solving methods based on the background of Internet and medical treatment and the angle of learning behavior.It summarized the research results of domestic and international operation scheduling to provide guidance for the construction of the new method of emergency rescue and perfect the theory system of emergency rescue.关键词
