摘要

Abstract

With the rapid economic development, the role of the port in economic activities has become increasingly important.In recent years, a lot of harbor incidents occur all over the country, which has seriously affected the normal operation of the port.It also poses new challenges to the post-disaster emergency dispatch of the port group.In this paper, a multi-objective optimization model with the least scheduling cost and shortest vessel scheduling time is established for the characteristics of the port events and the network cluster characteristics of the port group.According to the model, two scheduling schemes are set up, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the scheme.The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by a practical example, and the optimal scheme is selected according to the customer satisfaction index.This model can select the best solution from different schemes, so as to enhance the competitive advantage of the port group, more in line with the long-term interests of port development.
