双柔铰导向式双足压电直线电机的驱动电源设计
Design of Driving Power for Double-Foot Piezoelectric Linear Motor with Double Flexible Hinges
摘要
Abstract
In order to realize the continuous and step-by-step actuation modes of double-foot piezoelectric linear motor with double flexible hinges,it is necessary for the driving power of the motor to produce different driving signals.In addition,the running speed of the motor can be changed by adjusting the amplitude or frequency of the driving signals.According to the requirement of this driving motor,PSoC,the embedded micro-processor,was firstly taken as the main unit to generate signals.Then,4 driving signals in 3 modes were produced by using the direct digital synthesizer.Finally,the voltage and power of the signal was amplified by the LM358 two-stage voltage amplifier circuit and the IRF630 power amplifier circuit.The experimental results show that the proposed driving power can generate driving signals in different modes with the output voltage amplitude ranging 0~120 V and frequency ranging 0~2 kHz,and can adjust the working mode of the motor and the operating speed and direction.关键词
