Abstract
It is necessary to design an optimization calculation model for depth of cut (DOC) in order to improve the milling process level.In this research,an optimization calculation method for the DOC in spindle roller bearings milling was firstly proposed based on the DOC error correction in the multi-axis linkage processing.Then,a mathematical model for milling parameters and processing quality of spindle roller bearings was constructed by response surface analysis.In addition,a multi-objective optimization model was set up by optimizing the parameters with the tip clearance coefficient and DOC as the objective.Finally,the optimization calculation of the parameters of spindle roller bearings milling was achieved by correcting the errors of DOC with the multi-axis linkage constraints of cutting and feeding speed.The simulation results show that when the presented method is applied,the overall optimization performance of the processing parameters is better,the cutting precision is higher,and the processing error is smaller.关键词
