摘要

Abstract

The three-dimensional modeling of the electric spindle was established for high speed milling and machining center.Firstly,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct the static and dynamic analysis of the stiffness,natural frequency,and critical speed.Then the structure rationality was demonstrated,meanwhile,the modal analysis was carried out on two different constraints of the electric spindle,which proved that the two constraints were suitable for the modal analysis of the high-speed electric spindle.The results of the study have provided 2 different constraint methods for the further design and analysis and optimization of high speed electric spindle.
