Abstract
Focusing on the current paper pile turnover problems,this research designs a new structure of paper pile upender which consists of four parts as the clamping device,the rotating device,the push-pull device,and the base.Firstly,through the theoretical analysis,the connection and operation mode of the parts was determined,and the appropriate power source was selected.Secondly,the 3D modeling of the new structure was established by the SolidWorks software,and the structural parameters of the upender were calculated and verified by using the mechanical formula and theory.Then,the static analysis was conducted on the key parts of the upender by the finite element analysis,and the feasibility of the structure scheme was validated.Finally,the functions and characteristics of the new structure as well as the key points in designing the paper pile upender were summarized,providing references for the research and development of the turnover device.关键词
