白内障超声乳化术加人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效分析
Effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract with glaucoma

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract with glaucoma.Methods Eighty-four cases (n=84) with cataract with glaucoma were Included from Oct 2014 to Oct 2016, randomly divided into two groups, fourty-two(n=42) respectively.The control group were treated with hacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Nevertheless,trabeculectomy was combined in the test group.Results No significant differences in the intraocular pressure and functional vision were found between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment ,both intraocular pressure and functional vision of the test group were significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05.In addition,the complication rate of the test group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05, 7.1% and21.4% respectively.Conclusions Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy is effective and worthy to spread in the treatment of cataract with glaucoma.关键词
