高职护生基础护理技术项目化教学的效果观察
Effect of Project-based Teaching in Basic Nursing Skills for Higher Vocational Nursing Students

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of project-based teaching in Basic Nursing Skill for higher vocational nursing students. Methods With random sampling, 2 classes of higher vocational nursing students were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation class and control class. Traditional teaching method was adopted in control group and project-based teaching in observation group. The effect of different teaching methods were compared using theoretical examination, skill evaluation, teaching effect questionnaire, assessment scale of college nursing students ' autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability tendency questionnaire. Results The score of skill evaluation, theoretical examination, teaching effect questionnaire, autonomous learning ability assessment scale in observation class was 72.3±11.0, 74.7±9.9,90.2±4.8 and 99.7±4.7respectively and was all higher than that of control group, 67.7±13.2,67.3±13.0,74.4±7.4 and82.1±6.7 respectively; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of critical thinking ability of observation class was 281.7 ±7.9, which was higher than that of control group 268.9 ±7.7 and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01);in 7 dimensions of critical thinking ability tendency questionnaire, except for the score of looking for the truth and thirst for knowledge (P>0.05), the score of other 5 dimensions in 2 groups indicated statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Project teaching is helpful to improve nursing students ' operation skills, their understanding and application of knowledge, to cultivate self-learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students and they are satisfied with the teaching.关键词
