有创机械通气并发腹胀患者影响因素病例对照研究
Influence Factors of Invasive Mechanical Ventilation Complicated with Abdominal Distension:A Case-control Study

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence factors of invasive mechanical ventilation patients complicated with abdominal disten-tion, and put forward nursing countermeasures. Methods Totally 157 cases of invasive mechanical ventilation patients in one third-level first-class hospital in Nanning from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into observation group with 72 cases compli-cated with abdominal distension and control group with 85 cases without abdominal distension. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influence factors of invasive mechanical ventilation and abdominal distension. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that aeration time, hypokalemia, and use of antibiotics were risk factors for invasive mechanical ventilation and abdominal dis-tention (OR=3.114, 30.987, 2.397; P<0.05). Application of intestinal flora medicine and gastrointestinal medicine were protection fac-tors (OR=0.074, 0.052; P<0.05). Conclusion For invasive mechanical ventilation patients, application of antibiotics, longer aeration time and hypokalemia increase the risk of abdominal distension while application of gastrointestinal medicine and intestinal flora medicine will help to reduce the occurrence of abdominal distension. For patients complicated with abdominal distension, abdominal massage, hot towel compress and Chinese traditional medicine dressing are helpful to reduce abdominal distention.关键词
