实习护生完美主义与时间管理倾向及拖延行为的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlations among perfectionism, time management disposition and procrastination behavior among nursing interns and to improve their procrastination behavior. Methods A total of 235 nursing interns were investigated using general procrastination scale, time management disposition scale and Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale. And the data were statistically described and their correlation analyzed. Results The score of perfectionism nursing interns was 84.86 ±15.33 and the index scoring was 62.86%;that of time management disposition 164.86±23.47 and the index scoring was 74.93%.The score of procrastination behavior was 42.73±9.89 and the index scoring was 42.73%. Time management disposition were positively correlated with perfectionism (r=0.270, P<0.01)but negatively with procrastination (r=-0.298, P<0.01) and there was no correlation between perfectionism and procrastination (r=0.098, P>0.05). Worries about mistakes and doubts about action were positively correlated with procrastination (P<0.01), and proper arrangement was negatively correlated with procrastination (r=-0.243, P<0.01). Conclusion Improving time management ability of nursing interns and reducing their worries about mistakes and doubts about action will be conducive to reducing procrastination behavior.关键词
