社区老年高血压患者家庭功能与自我管理行为的相关性研究
Relationship between Family Function and Self-management Behaviors in Elderly Hypertension Patients in Community

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of self-management and family function among elderly patients with hypertension and analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 300 patients were investigated with a self-designed demographic questionnaire, hypertension self-management scale, and family APGAR index. Results The overall family function of the patients with hypertension was relatively good. About 62.7% and 25.2% patients had good and moderate family function, respectively, while 12.1%of the patients had severe family dysfunction. The self-management behaviors among elderly hypertension patients were fairly good. There was a positive correlation between family function and self-management behaviors among elderly hypertension patients (r=0.537, P<0.05). Conclusion The family function of elderly hypertension patients has close relationship with their self-management behaviors, therefore, we should improve their level of family function to enhance their self-management behaviors.关键词
