冠心病患者心理痛苦现状及影响因素分析
Psychological Distress in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the present situation of psychological distress in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and analyze the related factors. Methods This was a cross-sectional study. Totally 139 patients with CHD in Department of Cardiology in one third-level first-class hospital in Chengdu were enrolled by convenience sampling and data were collected using general questionnaire and psychological distress screening tool. One-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the data. Results The average score of psychological distress in patients with CHD was 5.98 ±2.31. Dimensions scoring from high to low were emotion 1.44±0.75, practical problem 1.40±1.04, religion/belief 1.36±0.49, communication 1.22±0.78 and health 1.03±0.74. ANOVA results indicated the degree of psychological distress was related to age (t=2.929, P=0.004), sex (t=2.905, P=0.004), occupation(F=4.888, P=0.008), educational background(F=5.394,P=0.001), duration of illness(F=9.129, P<0.001), family monthly income (t=2.920, P=0.004), family relationship (F=8.711, P<0.001),hospitalization (F=27.138, P<0.001) and payment of medical expenses (t=2.300, P=0.023), but not to treatment method (t=0.067, P=0.946). Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that age, sex, education background, family income, family relationship and hospitalization times were influence factors of psychological distress. Conclusion The level of psychological distress in CHD patients is high and it is influenced by various kinds of factors.关键词
