白血病患儿照顾者真实感受的质性研究
Qualitative Research on Experience of Caregivers of Leukemia Children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the experiences of caregivers of leukemia children. Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 14 caregivers of leukemia children and data were analyzed based on Nancy phenomenological research method . Results Five themes were extracted including complicated psychological experience, inadequate knowledge and skills, weak support system, affected original family life, the power of supporting caregivers to face the reality strongly and realizing self-value in the process of care. Conclusion Caregivers of leukemia children bear psychological and socialized stress. Professional health education and psychological nursing will help them to actively build caregiver 's social support system and alleviate their burden.关键词
