对本科护生行基础护理学行动导向教学的效果观察
Effect of Action-oriented Teaching Model in Theoretical Teaching of Basic Nursing Science for Nursing Undergraduates

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of action-oriented teaching mode in theoretical teaching of basic nursing science for nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 128 nursing undergraduates were selected and divided into experimental group (n=65) and control group (n=63) according to the class (Han nationality and other ethnic minorities together). Traditional theoretical teaching mode was adopted in control group, and action-oriented teaching mode in experimental group. The independent-samples t-test was used to analyze the score of theoretical test, autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates in 2 groups. Results The score of theoretical test 87.6±8.7 VS 80.2±9.2, critical thinking ability 62.0±7.4 VS 50.0±6.8 and students' satisfaction with the teaching 87.0±7.4 VS 82.0±6.8 were all improved in experimental group when compared with those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The action-oriented teaching mode is effective for improving critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates and their satisfaction with the teaching.关键词
