Abstract
Objective To develop a Influence Factors of Dietary Behavior Compliance Scale for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM-CFIDBS) and test its reliability and validity. Methods After literature review, initial item pool of the scale was identified based on theory of planned behavior and Health Psychology. After 2 rounds of discussion and a small-scale testing of the content validity of the scale, the initial version of the scale was formed. Pilot trial and large-sample test were conducted among 280 and 336 patients respectively. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested with exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation coefficient method. Results Four common factors were exacted by exploratory factor analysis and KMO value was 0.824. Accumulative contribution rate of overall variance was 67.777%; Cronbach Alpha coefficient of the scale 0.885 and that of each dimension ranged from 0.718 to 0.924. Correlation coefficient of dimensions ranged from 0.104 to 0.510 and that of dimensions and total scale from 0.573 to 0.793. Test-retest reliability was 0.915 and confirmatory factor analysis showed that root mean square error approximation of 0.060 and comparative fit index of 0.967 indicated good fitting degree. The final version of the scale included 4 dimensions with 17 items. Conclusion T2DM-CFIDBS presents good reliability and validity and could be applied in clinical practice.关键词
