隔姜百笑灸对乳腺癌根治术后患者术侧上肢功能恢复的影响
Effect of Ginger Separated Moxibustion with Happpall on Recovery of Affected Upper-arm after Radical Mastectomy

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of ginger separated moxibustion with Happyall (a product for moxibustion) on the recovery of affected upper-arm after radical mastectomy. Methods With convenient sampling, 101 patients after radical mastectomy from October 2015 to December 2016 were divided into control group (n=52) and observation group (n=49). Patients in control group received whole course functional exercise and those in observation group received additional ginger separated moxibustion with Happyall. Range of motion and grip strength of operation side before the surgery and 14d postoperatively in 2 groups were compared. Results The recovery of range of motion and grip strength in observation group was better than that in control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion Ginger separated moxibustion with Happyall combined with whole course functional exercise is effective for improving the recovery of shoulder joint function and grip strength of operation side after radical masterctomy.关键词
