Abstract
A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for determination of five kinds of preservative in cosmetics.A C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used as stationary phase,and methanol aqueous solution was used as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/ min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.The linearity range of the five kinds of preservative is 0 -200 mg/L,and the method shows a good linear relationship.The detection limits for chlorphenesin,biphenyl -2-ol,chloroxylenol,chlorophene and triclosan achieve 0.10,0.10,0.15,0.25 and 0.30 mg/L respectively.The spiked recovery rate varies from 97.6% to 115% .The relative standard deviation achieves 0.30% -1.65% (n=6).关键词
