食管鳞癌患者凝血指标与临床病理特征的关系
Relationships between coagulation indicators and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To observe the relationships between coagulation indicators and clinicopathological characteristics of patients with esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma.Methods Forty-four hospitalized patients with esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma (esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma group) and 35 cases of healthy people (control group) were selected.We compared the coagulation indicators,including platelets (PLT),prothrombin time (PT),activated partial prothrombin time (APTT),fibrinogen (FIB),and D-dimer (D-D),to analyze the correlations between coagulation indicators and clinicopathological characteristics.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of PLT,PT,FIB,and D-D in esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma group were significantly higher (all P ＜ 0.05).The levels of PLT,PT,APTT,FIB,and D-D were not correlated with gender,age,and lymph node metastasis in patients with esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma.The FIB level of patients with thrombus history and distant metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with no thrombus history or distant metastasis (P ＜0.05).The levels of PLT,PT,AFTT,and D-D had no correlation with thrombus history and distant metastasis status.The levels of FIB and D-D of patients in Ⅲ-ⅣV stage were significantly higher than those of patients in Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage (P ＜ 0.05),and the levels of PLT,PT,and APTT were not correlated with TNM stage.Conclusion Patients with esophageal squamous-cell carcinoma have hypercoagulative state,and it is more significant in patients with history of thrombosis and distant metastasis at advanced TNM stages.关键词
