Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of extended nursing intervention on the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 86 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in The 180th Hospital of PLA from June 2012 to June 2014 were chosen.They were equally and randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group by a random number table method.The quality of life (QOL) of patients was evaluated using Quality of Life Scale Brief Version (QOL-BREF) on the first day and the 6th month after discharge through telephone follow-up.The conventional discharge education was provided in the control group.Besides that, extended nursing was provided in the intervention group.The difference in QOL between the two groups was analyzed.Results No significant difference in QOL was observed on the first day after discharge between the two groups (P>0.05).After 6 months of discharge, QOL in the intervention group was significantly improved compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing intervention could improve the QOL of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after discharge.关键词
