摘要

Abstract

The sericin content in fresh cocoon raw silk and dried cocoon raw silk of different origins collected in different seasons and the sericin distribution characteristics thereof were tested and analyzed.The results show that, generally, the sericin content in fresh cocoon raw silk is higher than that in dried cocoon raw silk;specifically, by 2.09% on average.The sericin content ranges of fresh cocoon raw silk and dried cocoon raw silk overlap by 27.60%, and the sericin content detection can be carried out to preliminarily separate fresh cocoon raw silk from dried cocoon raw silk.In case the sericin content is below 24.0% or over 26.00%, the accuracy of identification is 100%.In case the sericin content ranges from 24.00% to 26.00%, other inspection methods are needed to separate fresh cocoon raw silk from dried cocoon raw silk, because the sericin content ranges of fresh cocoon raw silk and dried cocoon raw silk overlap in this interval.This needs to be further studied.Fresh cocoon reeling enterprises are suggested to improve the sericin degumming loss percentage, to meet the requirements of silk weaving process.
