改性纳米氧化锌对真丝织物抗紫外整理研究
Research on anti-ultraviolet finishing of silk fabrics treated with modifiedzinc oxide nanoparticles

Abstract
To improve the functionality of silk fabric, self-made modified zinc oxide nanoparticles was used for anti-ultraviolet finishing of silk fabric, and the anti-ultraviolet and anti-yellowing properties of the fabric before and after finishing were tested.Zinc oxide nanoparticles of uniform size distribution (with an average particle size of 68.4 nm) and good dispersing performance were prepared by decomposition of the sediment zinc hydroxide directly synthesized by zinc salt and alkali under heating and surface modification of the sediment zinc hydroxide with cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB).The silk fabric was treated with dipping method to improve its UPF to 50+ and largely enhance its anti-yellowing property.Through finishing, the whiteness of the silk fabric has been improved slightly, while its lustrousness, surface smoothness and soft performance degraded slightly.关键词
