Abstract
Hydraulic unbalance is a common fault in large and medium-sized hydro-generating units.In order to realize the automatic detection and diagnosis of this fault,the mechanism of hydraulic unbalance and the influences of hydraulic unbalance on the stable operation of unit are analyzed,and the parameters for identifying hydraulic unbalance fault and the automatic identification model are proposed.The practical application in some hydropower stations shows that the method can realize the automatic detection and diagnosis of hydraulic unbalance fault caused by inconsistent blade duct,inconsistent blade shape or inconsistent blade tip clearance.This method can be used in the design and implementation of on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for hydro-generating units.关键词
