单组份聚氨酯防水涂料性能研究及在猴子岩水电站的应用
Study on performance of one-component polyurethane waterproof coating and its application to Houziyan Hydropower Station

Abstract
In order to verify the reliability of KLJ (R)-P302s one component polyurethane material when it is used as the dam face waterproof coating material,the indexes of its tensile property,bonding strength,impermeability pressure,permeability,ion permeability,frost resistance,corrosion resistance,etc.are tested with the reference to the design requirement of the dam face waterproof coating material for Houziyan Hydropower Station.The test result shows that the frost resistance of the sample without polyurethane coating is significantly degraded through 100 frost-thaw cycles,while there are no any degradation trends after 300 frost-thaw cycles for the sample coated with polyurethane material.After coating with one-component polyurethane material,the electrical conductance of concrete under normal temperature is decreased from 326C to 0,and then isolates the channel for the aggressive media,such as chloride ion,etc.,to rust the reinforcement,thus significantly enhances the durabilities of concrete and steel fibre.The working time for the construction of the one component polyurethane coating is reasonable with the curing time of about 2 hours,thus avoids the diseases of the bumps created by the rapid evaporation of the solvent caused from the exposure to the sunlight and the pot holes formed by strike from sudden rainfall.The material not only presents better workability and reasonable curing speed during the process of the construction of 20 000 m2,but also fully proves that it is an excellent selection of hydraulic dam waterproof coating material.关键词
