An empirical study on evaluation indicators of nursing scientific research achievements

Abstract
Objective:To carry out an empirical study on evaluation indicators of nursing scientific research achievements.Methods:A total of 122 funded clinical nursing research results were selected randomly,to investigate their clinical applications situation,and evaluate the outcomes using the evaluation indicators of nursing scientific research achievement.Results:In the 122 clinical nursing scientific research achievement results,clinical nursing scientific research achievements had been popularized and applied in 101 items(82.79%),but most of them were popularized and applied in a small area.The total score of clinical nursing scientific research achievements (30.79±3.93 points) was higher than that without application(30.24±3.90).The total score of clinical nursing scientific research achievement of authers with training experience (39.19±4.98) was higher than that of authers without training (37.03±5.50),The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 3 factors that affected the application of scientific research achievements were capital factor (22.14%),management factor (20.05%) and achievement factor (17.48%).Conclusions:The evaluation indicators of nursing scientific research achievements constructed in the early stage could evaluate the level,value and benefit of clinical nursing scientific research achievements scientifically and effectively.关键词
