Qualitative research on formation process of professional cognition ofundergraduate nursing students

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the formation process of professional cognition of undergraduate nursing students.Method:A total of 25 undergraduate nursing students received face-to-face semi-structured interview by constructing grounded theory method,and to analyze data by three levels of coding,constant comparison methods,and writing memos strategy.Results:The core category of social psychological process of professional cognition was "hard to accept"in undergraduate nursing students.It mainly included 4 categories:lack of understanding,questioning,giving up and trying to accept.Conclusions:It was suggested that middle school students should choose profession rationally,increase the way of understanding nursing profession,promote the psychological resilience of nursing students and construct reasonable social image of nurses,so as to enhance their professional satisfaction.关键词
