精准营养管理在妊娠期糖尿病病人中的应用
Application of precise nutrition management in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of precise nutrition management for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods: A total of 200 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into experimental group with 96 cases and control group with 104 cases.The patients in control group were guided by routine methods.On the basis of routine guidance,the patients in experimental group were given precise nutrition management by diabetes nurses,doctors and nutritionists.Before childbirth,the relative knowledge grasping state,blood sugar,urine ketone,weight gain,the rate of caesarean section,neonatal weight and hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:The knowledge awareness rate and the blood glucose control level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in experimental group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The patient''s weight gain during pregnancy,the rate of caesarean section and neonatal hypoglycemia and macrosomia were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The implementation of precise nutrition management for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus was helpful to improve the self-management ability and prognosis of mother and infant.关键词
