Establishment and reliability and validity test of KAP questionnaire for glycemic load related diet

Abstract
Objective:To establish KAP questionnaire for glycemic load related diet and test its reliability and validity.Method:On the basis of reading a lot of relevant literatures at home and abroad,a preliminary questionnaire was designed,and a pre-test questionnaire was formed after 2 rounds of expert consultation.A total of 122 nurses were investigated in the department of Endocrinology in second grade and above hospitals in Zhejiang province,and the reliability and validity of questionnaire were tested by the project analysis,Cronbach''s alpha coefficient,split half reliability,the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results:There were 3 dimensions and 24 items including knowledge,attitude and practice in the questionnaire.The overall Cronbach''s alpha coefficient was 0.949,split half reliability was 0.981,the consistent content validity index was 0.867.The confirmatory factor analysis showed a good fit.Conclusions:The questionnaire had good stability and reliability and it could be popularized as a tool to evaluate KAP of nurses on glycemic load related diet in the department of Endocrinology.关键词
