Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in patients with diabetic foot amputation.Methods:Fifty-two patients with diabetic foot amputation were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given ACT therapy on this basis,the scores of psychological flexibility,pain clegree and quality of life were compared between two groups before and 6 weeks after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of quality of life of observation group was 60.96 ±14.62 and the psychological flexibility score was 24.38±5.40 higher than the control group(50.08±15.79,28.19±5.56),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) and after the intervention,the degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: ACT therapy could improve the patients with diabetic foot amputation psychological flexibility and improve phantom limb pain and quality of life.关键词
