绵羊miR-376e-3p的靶基因预测与GO功能分析
Target genes prediction and GO functional analysis of the ovine mir-376e-3p
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]Study the regulation of miRNA on fat metabolism can partly reveal the molecular regulatory mechanism of the fat metabolism.[Methods]This study selected miR-376e-3p from theresult of high throughput sequencing by our lab before,this miRNA was significant differentially expressed between tail fat tissues from different fat-tailed sheep,and it was a key miRNA of fat metabolism.Three different prediction softwares were used to predict the target genes of miR-376e-3p,and mapping those predicted genes to pathways by GO.[Results]Theresult showed that miR-376e-3p has 25 potential target genes,and 21 of them are mapped to 3 different function ontology,23 of them mapped to 14 different process ontology,among those genes Vldlr has lipoprotein particle receptor activity.[Conclusion]We speculated that miR-376e-3p may regulate the fat metabolism by through its potential target genes Vldlr.This study lays a foundation for further study the function of miR-376e-3p and Vldlr in ovine fat metabolism.关键词
