绿豆象生长发育与温度相关性的研究
The relativity of temperature and the growth of Callosobruchus chinensis L.

Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to study the effect of temperature on the growth of Callosobruchus chinensis.[Methods]The duration of different developmental stages of C. chinensis were measured at different temperatures (17,21,25,29 and 32 ℃). The developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature were calculated by using least square method. [Results]The developmental period of C. chinensis was different at different temperatures. When the temperature was low, it had a longer development period. The development time decreased with temperature increasing during suitable temperature range. The developmental threshold temperature of eggs,larvae,and pupae were estimated to be 907, 1038 and 1160 ℃ respectively,and their effective accumulated temperature was 7034, 27496 and 11875 degree days respectively. At 17~33 ℃, longevity of the adult decreased with increase of temperature. The oviposition rate per female was the highest at 25 ℃. The mean egg hatchability was highest too.[Conclusion]The temperatures had a significant effect on the development of C.chinensis, the development initial temperature and effective temperature for an entire generation was 724 ℃ and 41333 d·℃.关键词
