Abstract
[Objective]The aim of this article was to understanding the difference of nutrient and elemental contents in leaves of Dracocephalum rupestre Hance of five provenances in Shanxi Province, and to provide the basic data for introduction, selection, selection, artificial cultivation and deep processing.[Methods]In this paper, the nutrient composition and mineral element content of their leaves were determined by using Dracocephalum rupestre Hance of five provenances as the test material. [Results]The moisture content of leaves in Huye Mountain was highest. The contents of total sugar, crude fiber, crude polysaccharide and protein were higher in the leaves of Huye Mountain than in the other groups. The contents of P, Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn and Mg were higher in the provenances of Luya Mountain.[Conclusion]Through the analysis of the leaf composition, it was clear that the nutrient contents of the leaves of Huye Mountain, Luya Mountain and Yunding Mountain were higher, which were suitable for introduction and planting.关键词
