谷子SnRK2家族基因的生物信息分析
Identification and bioinformatics analysis of the SnRK2 gene family of setaria italica

Abstract
[Objective]SnRK2 of plant is a class of Ser/Thr protein kinase, which plays an important role in signal transduction and abiotic stress.[Methods]In this study, 10 SnRK2 genes in millet genome were identified by bioinformaticsmethod.Their distribution on chromosome, physicochemical properties, intron-exon structure, phylogeny and cis regulatory elements were analyzed.[Result]The result showed that the SnRK2 gene was located on different chromosomes in the genome, and the number of exons mostly was 9.These genes were divided into three subgroups, which were consistent with the classification of Arabidopsis and rice.Moreover, the upstream sequences of these genes contained a number of different hormones and abiotic stress responsive cis-elements, which indicated that they played some roles in stress response and hormone signal transduction.[Conclusion]This study laid the foundation for further study on the role of SnRK2 gene in abiotic stress and hormone response.关键词
