摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to study the effects of atmospheric CO2 concentration and drought interaction on photosynthetic characteristics and growth of winter wheat.[Methods]The pot experiment was carried out at the experimental base of Shanxi Agricultural University from 2015 to 2016, designed with two CO2 concentrations (C380, 380 μmol·CO2 mol-1;C560, 560 μmol·CO2 mol-1) and two kinds of water conditions (W, field water capacity of 80%~100%;D, field water capacity of 45%~55%).[Result]The result showed that on the condition of drought, elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration than normal CO2 concentration, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) decreased by 12.56%, 81.1%, 13.05% and 8.68% in the jointing, booting, anthesis and grain filling stages of winter wheat, transpiration rate (Tr) increased by 25.94%, 27.4% in the jointing, heading stages, and the water use efficiency (WUE) decreased by 30.57%, 75.59%, 14.89%, 7.27%, 0.66% in the jointing, booting, heading, anthesis and grain filling stages, and biomass during jointing, anthesis, grouting stage and stem dry weight during booting stage increased by 14.86%, 96.71%, 55.34%, 12.83%.Meanwhile on the condition of drought, the increase of CO2 concentration, the plant height, stem diameter of winter wheat during mature stage significant increased by 6.34%、21.6%.[Conclusion]Elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration than normal CO2 concentration level, the Pn (except heading stage) and WUE decreased of wheat drought, biomass accumulation increased (except heading stage), mature stage plant height, stem diameter, grains and grain weight significant increased.improved the growth of wheat adaptability.
