轮作模式对日光温室土壤特性影响的研究
Effects of crop rotation on soil characteristics of solar greenhouse
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] In this experiment, the samples of greenhouse soil in different crop rotations were studied to identify the rotation that could effectively alleviate soil salinization and improve soil enzyme activities.[Methods] The pH , EC and activities of 4 main enzymes (urease, sucrose, phosphatase (acid, alkaline), and catalase) of soil were analyzed.[Results] Among four rotations, soil from tomato and strawberry rotation had the highest pH and the lowest EC, which indicated that this rotation could alleviate soil salinization.Enzyme activities differed between each rotation.The soil from tomato and strawberry rotation had superior enzyme activities that were higher in shallow layer than in deep layer.[Conclusion] Comparing these rotations, we identified that tomato and strawberry rotations were conducive to reduce soil salinity and keep soil enzyme activities at a certain level, so it could be used as an ideal short-term rotation system.关键词
