后路微创小切口减压联合经皮椎弓根螺钉复位内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折71例
Clinical application effect of minimally invasive posterior decompression combined with percutaneous pedicle screw reduction and internal fixation

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of minimally invasive posterior decompression combined with percutaneous pedicle screw reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:In our hospital for the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures in patients with 150 cases,the patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=71) and control group (n=79),the observation group treated with posterior decompression combined with minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation,the control group was given open posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation,the operation time two groups of operation,bleeding volume,vertebral height and kyphosis Cobb angle indicator.Results:The operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group (0.05);observation group muscle stripping length,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage were significantly less than the control group (P<0.05);2 weeks of observation VAS and ODI group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the observation group and the control group after 6 months of vertebral height,kyphosis Cobb angle were significantly improved compared with preoperative (P<0.05),the two groups 6 months after surgery,no significant vertebral height,kyphosis Cobb angle difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive posterior decompression combined with percutaneous pedicle screw reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures,has small incision,less bleeding,less pain and other advantages,is worthy of clinical use.关键词
