Abstract
Objective:This paper evaluatedthe therapeutic effect of drug therapy combined with red light irradiation on the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods: 70 patients with herpes zoster were selectedand divided into the control group (n=35) and the treatment group (n=35) according to the stochastic indicator method,the control group was treated with drug therapy,the treatment group was treated with red lighton the base of the control group.This treatment lasted for 14 days,occurrence time of skin lesions were recorded.After therapy,pain improvement was evaluated.Results:The time of blisters healing,scabbing,pain relieving,pain disappearing in treatment group were less than control group(P<0.05),total effective rate of treatment group was 91.4%,higher than control group(71.4%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: The drug combined with red light is better than drug therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia,and promote the recovery of skin.关键词
