低分子肝素钠治疗复发性流产对前置胎盘及早产的影响
Reducing Incidence Rate of Placenta Previa and Preterm in Pregnant Women with Recurrent Miscarriage and with Low Molecular Heparin Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of low molecular heparin treatment on the incidence rate of placenta previa and preterm in pregnant women with recurrent miscarriage.Methods:300 cases of pregnant women who delivered in our hospital between January 2015 and January 2016,were retrospectively analyzed,including 50 cases with recurrent miscarriage and with low molecular heparin treatment(treatment group),50 cases with recurrent miscarriage and without treatment with low molecular heparin (control group),and 200 cases of pregnant women without recurrent miscarriage(normal group).The patients in control group were treated with routine tocolysis,and the patients in treatment group were treated with routine tocolysis and low molecular heparin treatment.The incidence rate of placenta previa,preterm and postpartum hemorrhage was compared among the three groups.Results:The incidence rate of placenta previa of control group(30％) was higher than that of treatment group(12％) the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of premature delivery of treatment group (0) was significantly lower than that of the control group (14％) (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of placenta previa,postpartum hemorrhage and the premature delivery rate of control group were higher than those of the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:The incidence rate of placenta previa,postpartum hemorrhage and premature delivery was higher than that of normal pregnant women.low molecular heparin treatment could decrease the the incidence rate of placenta previa and preterm in pregnant women with recurrent miscarriage.关键词
