我国西部地区社会资本参与PPP项目的意愿选择及其驱动力分析
Analysis of the Driving Forces and Willingness of Private Sector Involvement in PPP Projects in the Western Region of China

Abstract
Investors' willingness to participate is an important to implement PPP project smoothly.The logistic model is constructed, which considers private investors' willingness to participate as dependent variable, independent variables include firms' nature, external environment, government nature, and project characteristics.Using the questionnaire survey and logistic regression, the driving force of firms' willingness to participate is explored and analyzed based on the firms' data in Chongqing.Results show that 69.4% firms are willingness to participate in PPP, of participants which only 32.16% are private firms.Secondly, the variable of profit, information disclosure, policy interpretation fairly, government credit, and project concession period have a positive relationship with firms' willingness to participate in PPP.And government intervention and project complexity have a negative relationship with firms' willingness to participate in PPP.Measures and suggestions were put forward to promote firms' willingness to participate in PPP by those theoretical and empirical analyses.关键词
